We are seeking two detail-oriented QA Order Entry Specialists for an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities
Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Enter, update, and validate customer order information in internal systems. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or data errors and communicate with internal teams for correction. Maintain productivity goals while processing a high volume of orders with strong accuracy. Monitor order quality and support compliance with established order entry and quality assurance procedures. Help support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Oxnard, CA. Work Arrangement: On-site. Employment Type: Temp-to-hire, contract/temporary.
