Minimum 2 years of IT experience in a Hardware Support role Experience supporting Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 Networking knowledge, including identifying network addresses and configurations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft operating systems Working knowledge of iOS device setup and support Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, desktop operating systems, and software applications Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing systems Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, and related hardware Assist with conference room technology setup and support Support end users with cellular device setup and troubleshooting Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services Maintain hardware inventory and ensure equipment security Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
