To support a growing market presence, the full-time Sales Support Associate will engage with prospects, prepare calls and presentations, analyze data, and follow up with customers while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Attend and coordinate prospect meetings while overseeing scheduling Conduct research on industries and prospects to develop a robust pipeline Utilize HubSpot CRM to organize client data and analyze lost prospects for process improvement Required qualifications
At least 2 years of related experience in sales support or customer outreach Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating presentations Strong research skills with the ability to gather insights from data Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in a proactive manner
