Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence solutions that transform complex workflows and business processes. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks, data modeling, and software architecture, combined with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to innovate in mission‑critical environments. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI to drive automation, enhance decision‑making, and deliver secure, scalable solutions for sensitive and high‑impact operations.
Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience
Proven ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes using AI solutions.
Strong background in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
In‑depth experience with machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and similar platforms.
Advanced mathematical and computer science skills, including a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms.
Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and Conda.
Hands‑on experience in training AI models and integrating pre‑trained models into dataflows and software architectures.
Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience
Experience implementing secure AI solutions within the Intelligence Community.
Ability to work with highly sensitive data sets while maintaining compliance and security standards.
Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML initiatives, including project planning and execution.
Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline implementation.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying scalable AI solutions.
Exceptional problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
Travel
This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
