The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing existing customer relationships, and ensuring customers receive a professional and compliant service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities . Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. . Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. . Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. . Manage and review existing customer accounts to maximise retention and identify growth opportunities. . Proactively cross-sell and promote additional products and services where appropriate. . Gather and assess customer information to provide suitable recommendations and solutions. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities. . Process customer requests and documentation accurately and efficiently. . Ensure all activity is carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. .
