Senior Design Manager Role Brief: Working with the designer, you will forecast and plan the permanent works design delivery structures including highways and urban realm and will provide support in dealing with commercial submissions and resolution of technical debts for other projectwide Assets. You will lead day-to-day interactions with internal (e.g., Construction Teams, Logistics etc.) and external interfaces, with the customer and third-party stakeholders. You will ensure the production of the design deliverables meets the correct quality, contract, safety, time and cost requirements. You will also work closely with the other Design Managers, Senior Design Managers, and delivery leads to ensure coordination of design elements throughout the contract and to identify change. You will ensure you hold CDM risk reviews and that they manage their CDM Risk Registers.
