Personality You will be a confident, organised, and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent service. Comfortable managing a variety of tasks, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes will be key to your success. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, and estimating experience would be advantageous.
