£55,000 - £65,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent Join a Growing MSP Supporting Businesses Across the UK Veritas Workspace Solutions is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT, networking, cloud, telecommunications and cyber security solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors. We're looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical team. You'll work across multiple customer environments, delivering projects, supporting infrastructure, assisting with pre-sales consultancy and helping onboard new clients into our managed services portfolio. If you enjoy variety, customer interaction and getting hands-on with technology, this role offers far more exposure than a traditional in-house IT position. What You'll Be Doing • Supporting and maintaining multiple client networks and infrastructure environments • Configuring routers, switches, firewalls and wireless solutions • Delivering infrastructure upgrades, migrations and cloud projects • Supporting virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper-V • Improving network performance, resilience and cyber security • Assisting with technical pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, solution design and technical recommendations • Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including infrastructure assess...
