Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Nursing Tech to join our night shift team (7pm-7am). The Nursing Tech is a key member of our care team working alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and medical psychologists to provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care as directed by a licensed practitioner. Compensation
Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Night or weekend shifts are eligible for shift differential pay. Differential rates vary by shift hours and are added to the base hourly rate. This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market‑competitive compensation. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in acute care or inpatient rehab experience as a nursing assistant or aide
Education/Certifications
Completion of a state recognized CNA program Nurse Aide licensure in the Commonwealth of VA BLS HCP certification or equivalent
