What You ll Do
Provide urgent and scheduled general surgery coverage at a Level IV trauma center with 25 beds Perform procedures including abdominal, liver, stomach, gallbladder, appendix, colon, spleen, and laparoscopic surgeries Conduct phone consultations, admissions, and rounding for general surgery patients only Respond to emergent cases 24/7 with a 20-minute response time Collaborate with anesthesia services provided by CRNA group Support scheduled surgical procedures Monday through Friday, with emergent care 7 days a week Maintain detailed documentation and ensure patient care quality standards are met What You Need
Required:
ND Medical License Board-certified or eligible in General Surgery Minimum of 2+ years of general surgery experience Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
Preferred:
Experience with pediatrics, thyroid, pulmonary, or vascular procedures
