Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are hiring a Robotic Welder for a client in the Fulton Industrial/Lithia Springs area. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment to fabricate metal structures and components with a high degree of precision. Previous welding experience is preferred. Responsibilities Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and welding procedures
Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications
Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding
Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamps
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment as needed
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws
Use computer systems to log and report production quantities
Report issues and defective parts to supervisors
Maintain equipment in safe, working condition
Must Haves Fanuc pendant experience
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Experience using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.)
Knowledge of applicable safety standards; willingness to wear required PPE
Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to see details at close range
Steel toe shoes required
Preferred Skills Previous welding experience in a production manufacturing environment
AWS welding certification or equivalent professional certification
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
