AmeriTech Staffing is seeking a recruiter with a strong welding background to help identify, evaluate, and place skilled welding professionals with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a former Welding Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Welding Manager looking to transition into a professional office environment while leveraging their industry expertise. Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, and interview welding and fabrication candidates. Evaluate welding skills, experience, and qualifications. Match candidates with client job opportunities. Build relationships with welders, fabricators, and industry professionals. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs. Requirements: Previous welding experience required. Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Shop Management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication, and shop operations. Ability to assess welding talent and identify qualified candidates. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
