Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 1-10 employees Schedule tasks to optimize workflow and project timelines Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Maintain quality control on all mechanical work performed Coordinate work activities across multiple project types Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management Preferred Qualifications 5+ years experience in mechanical supervision Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and safety procedures Strong team leadership and communication skills Effective problem-solving and time management abilities Experience in reporting and documentation
