The Quality Assurance Engineer supports daily operational quality checks to ensure processes are followed accurately and consistently. The QA Engineer works closely with the Operations team to maintain quality standards, support operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn internal workflows, including the NKR Operations routine. Responsibilities
Learn and follow internal procedures, including the NKR Operations routine. Monitor operational activities to ensure processes are performed accurately and consistently. Perform routine quality checks and verify that operational standards are being met. Document findings and maintain accurate records of quality checks and operational activities. Identify inconsistencies, errors, or potential process issues and report them through tracking tools such as Jira. Collaborate with the Operations team to support process compliance and quality standards. Communicate findings clearly and provide timely updates on reported issues. Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and quality standards. Hours
Monday through Friday, the schedule will vary based on operational needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends if required. Weekends – occasionally as needed 10-15 days of paid time off at start Qualifications
Education
Experience
Experience in Quality Assurance, operational support, or process monitoring is preferred. Skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or process gaps Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accuracy in repetitive operational checks Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and documentation/reporting tools Experience using issue-tracking platforms such as Jira is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of receiving feedback constructively and adapting to dynamic challenges Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for process improvement Dependable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn internal systems and workflows
