Responsibilities Lead the HVAC business in the assigned geography, executing sales strategies to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration. Develop and direct the construction, service and mechanical sales force, managing recruiting, coaching, and development of sales people. Develop and deliver the branch secured sales and margin plan for all lines of business, controlling selling expenses and managing resources. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategically important customers, establishing and maintaining account plans and local territory account management. Maximize secured sales and return on assets for Building Technologies & Solutions, securing new customers and expanding scope of existing accounts. Analyze market and business performance, execute growth strategies, and integrate sales and operational team activity within the assigned geography. Ensure adherence to company policies, including compliant staffing plans, performance management, coaching, and legal requirements. Represent Johnson Controls as a local leader in the community, participating in industry activities, trade shows, and professional organizations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing. Eight to ten years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in HVAC. Three years in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Demonstrated ability to communicate both on a technical and non‑technical basis at all levels. Salary and Benefits Hiring salary range: $112,000 – $168,000. This role includes a competitive bonus plan that accounts for individual, group, and corporate performance, along with a competitive benefits package.
