As a key member of our IT Infrastructure team, you will take ownership of network architecture, performance, and security while ensuring alignment with NIST 800‑53 standards. You will play a lead role in strengthening our AWS cloud networking environment and maintaining the reliability of our corporate WAN and LAN.
What You Will Do
Lead network architecture initiatives across cloud and on‑premises environments
Own and resolve network outages, including root‑cause analysis and long‑term solutions
Design, implement, and support secure networking solutions including firewalls, segmentation, and load balancing
Manage AWS cloud networking components and support cloud migration efforts
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
Monitor network performance, develop alerting, and improve system reliability
Partner with security teams to enforce compliance with NIST and HIPAA standards
Lead projects from planning through execution and drive process improvements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, and systems
What You Bring
7 or more years of experience in network engineering within a 24 by 7 environment
Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking
Hands‑on experience with AWS and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform
Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, load balancers, and web application firewalls
Knowledge of network protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, BGP, and VPNs
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform deep root‑cause analysis
Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as NIST
Ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively
