Job Description
Express Employment Professionals Conway AR is hiring now for a full time Sales Manager position for a growing company in Conway, AR. Pay will include a base salary and commission and can be $60,000/year for the right candidate. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturdays. Requirements
* 2 or more years of retail sales/floor sales or other sales experience. Retail management experience will also be considered. * Previous equipment or parts sales experience is preferred * Good communication skills and able to do inside and outside sales * Positive Attitude and willing to be part of a team! * Professional appearance * Goal oriented Self Starter. * Willing to learn about products and find opportunities for growth * Maintain a high level of sales activities to secure new accounts
