We are seeking an experienced Client Developer with hands-on AWS Connect experience to design, build, and maintain integrated contact center and CRM solutions. This role bridges Client platform development with cloud telephony to deliver seamless customer engagement experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Client platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows. Build and maintain integrations between Client and Amazon Connect, including CTI/softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows. Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, Lambda functions, and related AWS services (Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis as needed). Implement and optimize Client Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Client best practices and governor limits. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues across the Client–AWS stack. Required Qualifications 5–6 years of Client development experience (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations). Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect. Experience with Service Cloud and contact center implementations. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services. Client Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Client Platform Developer II and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications. Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
