Role Overview This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applications, including hardware and software troubleshooting, virtual desktop and printer support, and on‑call critical production issue handling.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applications.
Support basic PC hardware, virtual desktops, iPads, printers, IGELS, and server support.
Handle access requests.
Escalate issues to appropriate teams and follow up for closure.
Patch Windows workstations and servers.
Manage Windows server/workstation cyber security.
Required Skills
Experience in workstation and basic hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
Ready to work evenings/night shifts and provide on‑call support for critical production issues.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Maintaining high confidentiality and professionalism.
Effective prioritization and execution of tasks.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Effective interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to learn new technologies for day‑to‑day support operations.
Basic knowledge of networking.
Experience with Windows cyber security management.
Desirable Skills
Desktop management.
Infrastructure services (IS).
Experience 4–6 years of relevant experience.
