As the Human Resources Manager New England, you will be onsite at the 1820 Spirits in Lewiston, ME, while supporting Granite State Distillery in Londonderry, NH as well. You will be recognized and respected as a strategic business partner, providing world class customer service, expertise, and guidance to achieve the company vision and culture. In this role you will lead the HR functions for the site through expert counsel and guidance on policies, procedures, and activities. You will maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, educate employees about company benefits, and lead hiring and staffing activities.
What You'll Do:
- Drive strategic HR partnership by aligning workforce planning with business goals, using data to inform decisions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and enabling leaders to effectively execute people strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance organizational effectiveness, communication, and adoption of HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop leaders and teams through coaching, training, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, managing investigations, resolving issues, and improving workplace experience.
- Champion culture, engagement, and compliance by promoting company values, supporting change management, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of demonstrated HR experience with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to coach, lead and, motivate teams
- Must possess the ability to overcome resistance to organizational change, influence all employees to embrace it, and lead the change initiative.
- Willingness to travel as needed to additional sites for training and HR support
Preferred:
- Master's degree in related field
- One or more of shrm-cp/shrm-scp/phr/sphr certifications
- Change Management and experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment

The annual salary range for this role is $118,700-$175,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
