This position is located in Charleston, SC at our Daniel Island office. This role primarily is focused on executive technical support needs, including desktop, teleconferencing, and office local area network. Secondarily, this role will support non-critical cybersecurity and/or compliance needs. An applicant should be familiar with AV technology related to teleconferencing, experienced in MacOS technical support, and able to work with corporate network and security teams.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide expert executive support in teleconferencing, desktop experience, and satellite-office networking. Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks. Apply troubleshooting skills to in-office multi-function, and 3D printing systems. Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges. Participate in the development of documentation, including incident reports and configuration details. Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex technical problems. Follow established best practices and standards in technology service delivery. Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to issues. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role Proven experience in technology analysis Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
