To support a growing practice, the full-time remote BizOps and Analytics Associate will drive analytical functions across core business areas, defining problems, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance growth and product development. Key responsibilities
Define business questions and metrics, conducting analyses and designing experiments to surface insights Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive data-informed decisions and outcomes Own the analytical function for a specific business unit, ensuring clarity in problem-solving and execution
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python Proven track record of owning and solving ambiguous problems effectively Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders Demonstrated sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
