Role Overview The Systems Administrator provides support for the overall workload and execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks on the Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) instance of ServiceNow. This position does not require shift work but may require being on‑call on a scheduled rotation for call‑in support and occasional off‑hour assignments. What You Will Do Responds to Incidents and Changes submitted by customers, assists deployment team with approved release packages and break‑fix solutions on ServiceNow, and works with a team to provide technical input in the areas of system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Why It Might Be a Fit Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
