Location and Schedule
Must be on‑site in Annapolis, MD.
Initial two‑week fully on‑site training period.
Hybrid schedule possible after training with at least 3 days on‑site per week.
Flexible daily start time available.
Must be a US Citizen.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Technical implementation of Salesforce permission sets, data flows, APEX custom coding.
Develop in Visualforce, APEX, and other technologies to build a student information system in higher education and military environments.
Technical leadership, following best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and system), and iterative refinement.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Follow standards and policies set forth within the Client's Division.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred.
5+ years of development experience with Salesforce (Certified Salesforce Developer strongly preferred).
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.
Strong understanding of Oracle relational databases.
Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce migration/integration projects.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers, leadership, and technical teams.
Experience with customization.

Employee Information Job Type: Full‑time
The wage range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000.
Eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
