Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a self-starting, people-oriented and experienced professional who will manage and guide United's 3PL Distribution Center. As the Operations Manager the primary focus will be to ensure productivity, efficiency and maximize the sites profitability. This responsibility includes a strategic approach to business planning, directing daily activities, labor planning, operational efficiency, employee management and ensuring the business meets its daily performance goals.

This position works partially in an office setting and in the warehouse.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, talk and walk. This position may spend long periods of time sitting while working and concentrating at a computer. The employee may also spend time walking the warehouse floor and interact with warehouse operations.
