FLEETCOR is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager who will oversee the strategy, planning, execution and communication of improvements to our online application experience. This position will improve the user experience and conversion of the application. Additionally, this role will lead the monitoring and issue triage across all lines of business.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Digital Product Management Experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the online application product vision, strategy and development for four different internal lines of business.
- Analyze and understand market requirements for current and future feature and functionality.
- Drive the online application product roadmap to ensure market and departmental alignment.
- Collaborate with development teams to evaluate and iterate on requirements, ideas and designs.
Convert the requirement, Designs to User Stories for technical team.
Oversee the implementations to make sure teams are aligned on product vision and requirements.
Attend daily scrum calls to understand any impediments and help team/s to resolve those in terms of requirements and design.
- Participate and sign off in product demos.
- Ensure product features are well understood and implemented as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge and experience with digital banking platforms/solutions both in an online and mobile banking deployment model
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of product management experience working with digital development and lending solutions
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, digital marketing or testing preferred
- Knowledge of Agile and SDLC Project Methodology. Certification Preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Demonstrated effectiveness developing roadmaps, prioritizing activities and driving execution
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
