Role Overview: The Designit Client Service Partner Americas is accountable for driving net-new revenue growth across assigned accounts by expanding Designit's presence into new buying centers, strategic initiatives, and service areas. This is a high-impact hunting role, focused on identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities, building a strong forward pipeline, and accelerating account growth through proactive origination of new use cases and mandates. Working closely with Americas leadership and Wipro account teams, the role translates growth priorities into targeted business development activityunlocking new stakeholders, deepening executive relationships, and generating sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Build and own a high-quality pipeline of net-new opportunities across Americas accounts. Identify, originate, and qualify opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities. Lead end-to-end pursuits, including shaping opportunities, proposals, pitches, and deal closure. Engage senior stakeholders, buyers, procurement, and account teams to unlock new revenue streams. Identify whitespace opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of Designit's capabilities.
  • Market Development & Positioning: Build strong networks to generate demand and elevate Designit's positioning within accounts. Identify buying trends and priority growth areas across the portfolio. Represent Designit in client forums, strategic discussions, and industry engagements. Establish trusted advisor status through insight-led conversations and deep business understanding.
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead commercial strategy across pursuits, including pricing, negotiation, and contract structuring. Partner with design, consulting, and delivery teams to develop differentiated solutions. Ensure alignment with regional commercial strategy, governance, and financial targets. Drive disciplined pipeline and deal management to maximize revenue, order book, and margin.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner with Client Directors and delivery teams to transition wins into successful execution. Contribute to broader account growth strategies beyond initial deal closure. Collaborate across commercial, design, and delivery teams to ensure pursuit quality and continuity.
  • Local Leadership: Foster a high-performance, inclusive office culture aligned with Designit values. Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement and collaboration within the local office. Support team development, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Act as a visible leader within the Americas organization.

Skills & Experience: Proven track record in business development or commercial leadership within consulting, design, or technology. Strong commercial acumen (pricing, negotiations, deal structuring, profitability). Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement models. Familiarity with experience-led transformation, digital, or consulting-led selling. Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing capabilities. Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.

Desired Profile: Background in consulting, digital services, design, or technology-led organizations. Demonstrated success in originating and closing net-new business within large enterprise accounts. Strong relationship network and ability to unlock new growth opportunities.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $165,000.00 to $250,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
