Key responsibilities include: • Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff • Taking and recording vital signs • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents • Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship • Assisting nurses with patient care and documentation as needed Qualifications • Current California CNA certification required • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute environment If you are passionate about caring for others and want to be part of a dedicated healthcare team, we would love to hear from you.
