Key Responsibilities
Interact with applications engineers to comprehend job scope and oversee team capacity.
Collaborate with other functional teams and departments to enhance organizational productivity.
Allocate incoming project requests to appropriate engineers and ensure tasks are assigned effectively and in a timely manner.
Administer applications engineering’s inbox and respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
Experience with pharmaceutical operations strongly desired.
Minimum of two years’ operations, project coordination, or project management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial, and contractual responsibilities.
Knowledge or work experience relating to order processing, inventory, and shipping procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

US BASE PAY SCALE $27.82 - $35.11.
The base pay scale for this role reflects what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
