About the Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will work within retail partner locations representing clients in the telecommunications and home services industries. This is a customer-facing, in-person role where you will engage directly with shoppers, introduce relevant products or services, and support them through the sign-up process when appropriate.
This position provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands through in-store promotional campaigns
Engage with customers to introduce and explain products and services
Provide a professional and informative customer experience
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutionsGenerate leads and support overall sales objectives
Answer customer questions and maintain strong product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and performance goals
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales) is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a face-to-face, retail environment
Goal-oriented with a motivated and competitive mindset
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
