Overview CommandIQ® (CIQ) is a product line established in 2025 with significant investment and support from RMS senior leadership. We develop mission‑critical Battle Management and Command & Control capabilities as part of a complete Command & Control mission suite. Our solution provides an open architecture and mission applications that can be customized to each user’s needs. Responsibilities Decompose higher‑level roadmap features into actionable work items. Design, implement, and integrate/test software features. Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise. Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional peers to better understand project requirements and customer/stakeholder needs. Basic Qualifications Frontend framework development experience using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Experience/Familiarity with Docker and REST APIs. Experience with UI/UX design and iteration process/tools such as Figma, MockFlow, UXPin, Axure. Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 3+ years of relevant work experience (advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience). Desired Skills Experience in Agile methodologies & tools. Experience in UI/UX test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest). Experience in a full‑stack engineering role. Experience/Exposure to GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, gRPC, Python, Flask. Previous IRAD experience. Active Secret clearance. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret. Other Information Part‑time remote telework: employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility; schedule discussed during hiring. Schedule: 4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week. Pay: $93,200 – $164,450 annually (excluding major metro areas) depending on location.
