The successful candidate will work closely with senior network and security engineers to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable environment while contributing to ongoing infrastructure initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the installation, deployment, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure across global locations.
Perform physical racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware lifecycle activities within data center and office environments.
Assist with configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and connectivity services.
Respond to incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues while following established operational procedures.
Participate in planned maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
Support implementation of network changes and assist with testing and validation activities.
Work collaboratively with senior engineers to troubleshoot network and security issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Participate in audit, risk, and compliance activities as required.
Support major incident response and troubleshooting efforts when necessary.
Participate in the team's on‑call rotation.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent hands‑on networking experience.
Strong understanding of core networking concepts including:
TCP/IP
VLANs
Switching and routing fundamentals
DNS and DHCP
Basic OSPF and BGP concepts
Experience with physical network deployment activities including:
Racking and stacking equipment
Structured cabling
Patch management
Hardware installation and replacement
Experience supporting Cisco, Meraki, or similar networking technologies.
Exposure to Palo Alto firewalls or other enterprise firewall platforms.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Familiarity with packet capture and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cisco ISE or other Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
Exposure to Azure networking concepts.
Familiarity with MPLS, DIA, SD‑WAN, or WAN connectivity technologies.
Experience with monitoring platforms such as LogicMonitor.
Understanding of network security best practices, Zero Trust principles, and micro‑segmentation concepts.
Exposure to network automation or scripting technologies.
