Inpatient + Outpatient (both required)
Start Date:
January 1, 2026
Commitment:
1 week per month
(ongoing)
Call: Weekdays:
5pm 7am
Weekends & Holidays:
24-hour call
Night and weekend call required
30-minute in-person response
5 10 minute phone response
Open to Licensing:
Yes candidates without a KS license are welcome to apply
Premium Rates:
Client is open to premium/market-leading compensation
Privileges Required:
Inpatient + outpatient, admissions
Practice Setting:
Epic EMR, 387-bed hospital
Clinical Scope
You will: Provide inpatient rounding, consults & weekend/holiday hospital coverage
See patients in the Heart & Vascular Center office (Mon Fri, 8a 5p as needed)
Participate in general cardiology call (beeper)
Expect 10 patients per shift
Work alongside dedicated RNs, MAs, and APP support staff (no supervision required)
Required Skills
Board Certified in Cardiology
ACLS/BLS
Comfortable with both outpatient and inpatient Cardiology
Admissions + phone consults + call-back patient care
