About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Organic Search to join a leading financial services organization and play a key role in shaping the future of SEO and digital discovery.
This role will drive SEO analytics, performance measurement, and strategic insights across traditional search and emerging GenAI-powered search platforms —helping the business improve visibility, engagement, and overall digital performance.
Own SEO performance measurement across digital properties
Build and maintain dashboards using:
Power BI
Google Search Console
Analyze rankings, traffic, and visibility trends to drive optimization strategies
Develop and maintain SEO valuation frameworks to connect performance to business outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, UX)
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Support reporting (MORs) and organic traffic insights
Integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies with Paid Media & Analytics teams
Analyze emerging trends in GenAI search platforms like:
ChatGPT
Perplexity AI
Google Gemini
Evaluate social and discovery signals (Reddit, TikTok, YouTube) impacting SEO
Drive experimentation and advanced analytics to improve search performance
5–7+ years of experience in SEO Analytics / Digital Marketing Analytics
Strong expertise in SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
Strong communication and storytelling skills (PowerPoint)
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush
Working knowledge of SQL, Python
Background in Financial Services, Insurance, eCommerce, or SaaS
Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking signals
2–3 rounds (Video Interviews)
W2 Only – No C2C / No Third-Party Vendors
Hybrid preferred (Boston / Portsmouth), remote considered if needed
Strong focus on SEO analytics + data-driven decision making
