About the Position We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our companys technology operations and strategy The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining IT systems networks and security measures They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals Responsibilities Develop and implement technology strategies that align with company goals Manage all aspects of the companys IT infrastructure including hardware software and networks Oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services Train and mentor team members on new technologies and procedures Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role In-depth knowledge of network administration security protocols and operating systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Compensation Salary $1300 per month negotiable Location US accommodation provided if needed Visa Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
