The Talent Movement is supporting an established global agricultural business to recruit a Farm Sales Manager for the South East. This is a field-based role focused on building strong, long-term relationships with farmers, understanding their businesses and helping them improve crop performance through practical, commercially sound advice. You may already be working in crop nutrition, fertiliser, agronomy, seed, crop protection or agricultural sales. However, direct crop nutrition experience is not essential. We are equally interested in people selling agricultural machinery who have developed strong farmer relationships, managed a territory and understand the realities of running a farm. The role
