Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments and procedures Obtain and document patient histories, medications, and vital signs Assist physicians and clinical staff during examinations and procedures Perform clinical testing and other patient care support duties as assigned Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions Maintain accurate patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and clinical supplies Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling as needed Provide compassionate, professional communication to patients and team members What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not always required depending on experience and state requirements Previous healthcare or clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Positive attitude and passion for patient care What Makes You Successful in This Role We're looking for someone who:
