Providing support for the effective operation of information technology systems, the full-time Information Technology Engineer will assist the Director of Information Technology with networking, user services, cybersecurity, and compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and desktop support Coordinate activities with internal IT teams and manage compliance with audit and regulatory expectations Support upgrades to IT systems and maintain secure access to files and programs
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma Network Engineer Status Familiarity with Insurance Agency Management Systems, especially Vertafore and Applied Products 5+ years of experience in technology problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Microsoft 365, and network configurations
