About the Role Reporting to the Global PMO Manager, the Associate IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects under limited guidance from senior project managers. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow their project management skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment while contributing to continuous improvement across ChemTreat's IT organization. This position is part of the Global IT Department, located in Glen Allen, VA, and will be hybrid. In this role, a typical day will look like: Leading planning and tracking of project progress Documenting project goals, scope, stakeholders, and success criteria Developing and maintaining project documentation such as communication plans, risk & issue logs, and status updates Leading project meetings, preparing meeting notes, and driving resolution of action items Producing project status reports and communications for stakeholders Managing project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned Collaborating on quality assurance and training activities (e.g., user acceptance testing) Contributing to business process improvement initiatives The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant work experience) Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience, including managing multiple projects concurrently Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps) Knowledge & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills across departments and stakeholder levels Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment Solid understanding of PMO processes and artifact usage Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and grow in project management practices Ability to bridge business and IT processes effectively ChemTreat is proud to be a part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $84,000 - $94,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
