The Opportunity Integration Solutions Architect provides leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of integration/middleware systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making. What You'll Work On Design and implement on-prem/cloud integration solutions to meet business requirements using products such as TIBCO CE, MuleSoft, and Azure Logic Apps. Lead the architecture and design of cloud microservices and TIBCO applications, ensuring scalability, performance and security. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other architects to define integration strategies and solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integration best practices and standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the integration layer. Stay updated with the latest cloud microservices integration and TIBCO technologies and industry trends. Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures. Align department priorities with organizational vision, goals and strategies. Champion change and innovation, stimulating creativity and innovation in others. Ensure IT solutions meet the needs of the business. Negotiate and secure resources to meet long‑range operational demands. Maintain high‑quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners. Make strategic decisions that impact division or site, including final decision authority for the department budget and project activities. Education & Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems or a related discipline. 10+ years of overall experience, including 3‑5 years of systems management experience; experience should also include architecture, project management, systems consulting, employee development and strategic system planning. Proven experience as a Cloud Integration / TIBCO Solution Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, microservices, Kubernetes and/or the TIBCO product stack. Proven experience with Tibco Container Edition, TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS. Hands‑on experience with cloud Azure Logic Apps. Middleware migration experience in both on‑prem and cloud environments. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications TIBCO / Cloud Certification. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Knowledge of other integration tools and technologies. TIBCO BW 6X / TIBCO BW CE experience. OpenText Biz Manager experience. Process/People/Compliance management experience. Onshore/Offshore management experience. Vendor management experience. Supervisory Responsibilities Manages direct reports including employees, contractors, direct and indirect. Business impact: 1000–6000 users, $1MM–$10MM in business financial impact.
