Established, hospital-employed practice with
1 experienced Endocrinologist and 1 PA-C
Monday-Friday schedule , including
1-2 outreach clinic days
Shared call : approx.
10 days per month
EPIC EMR
Strong specialty support including
ENT
and
Certified Diabetic Educators
Welcoming environment for
