Job Summary This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite two days per week.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Primary Duties
Assist with monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity
Support troubleshooting efforts for network and connectivity issues
Help manage network devices, patching, and lifecycle activities
Assist with LAN/WAN and wireless support tasks
Support DHCP, DNS, and other core network services
Coordinate with managed service providers for operational support
Create and update technical documentation and SOPs
Participate in infrastructure projects under senior engineer guidance
Support compliance and security initiatives
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Travel up to 25% as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Technical Skills
Foundational understanding of networking and security concepts
Familiarity with Cisco and Meraki environments preferred
Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, switching, and routing
Exposure to Windows-based network services
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes
Soft Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors
CCENT or CCNA (or actively pursuing)
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
ITIL Foundation
Education / Experience
1 – 2 years of networking experience
Internship experience will be considered
Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $63,300.00 to $90,100.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
