Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
7+ years of professional experience in either of the primary technical domains: embedded software development (C/C++), electronics hardware development (VHDL/Verilog)
3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role
Experience working on complex systems where hardware and software intersect
Preferred Criteria
Demonstrated success scaling teams and maturing development processes in a high-growth environment
Hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system
Exhibited full hardware product development from prototype to product in service
Experience working through the full lifecycle of a DO-178C certification program
Experience with safety-critical FPGA verification (DO-254 level A/B or equivalent)
This role is located onsite in Seattle, WA. Must be willing to travel 10% of the time. This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls. An offer of employment will be contingent upon the applicant's capacity to perform in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
