Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s full line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, work independently to unload orders and merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Job Description $64000 / year target earnings
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise, managing sales activities, merchandising products, and maintaining accurate daily records.
Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment
Day 1 – Travel to Fargo, ND for onboarding, new‑hire paperwork, and welcome call
Day 2/3 – Onboarding in Fargo, ND (hotel accommodation will be booked)
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
