Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures Monitor and analyze quality performance data Document and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures Participate in internal and external audits Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Assist in the development of quality control documentation Review and approve test results and quality reports Evaluate supplier quality and work with vendors to ensure product specifications Perform root cause analysis for defects and propose solutions Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) Prior experience in quality assurance or related field Proficiency in quality management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Certification from a recognized quality assurance body (e.g., ASQ) Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices Attention to detail and strong observational skills
