Job Introduction We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications before release.
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing of applications
Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle
Collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution
Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
Validate business and technical requirements against delivered solutions
Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and reports
Participate in Agile sprint reviews and retrospectives
Perform API and database validation testing
Analyze test results and provide clear quality metrics
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Continuously improve QA processes and testing methodologies
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Use test management and defect tracking tools effectively
Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality, defect‑free releases
