Install/Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate HVAC system installations using Service Titan
Review sales proposals in Service Titan for accuracy
Coordinate with warehouse and install teams for job staging and load‑outs
Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes
Communicate with customers from post‑sale through installation
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues
Coordinate inspections and job close‑out
Follow up and try to close unsold proposals
Qualifications
Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos in Service Titan
High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred)
Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred)
Experience with permits and inspections
Key Skills
Service Titan proficiency (scheduling, dispatch, job tracking)
Strong communication and customer service
Organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Problem‑solving and teamwork
Some sales skills
Work Environment
Office‑based with coordination with field teams
Fast‑paced, especially during peak seasons

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000
Benefits: 100% employee health paid, PTO, 401K, etc.
Commission on closed in‑house sales
