Location 3250 Story Rd W,Irving, TX, 75038,United States Base Pay $22.00 - $25.00 / Hour Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt Description The Sales Lead Coordinator is responsible for owning inbound sales demand and converting it into booked, qualified appointments for our Comfort Advisors. This role ensures every sales opportunity is handled with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism—while delivering a great buying experience for our customers. This position also serves as backup support to the Contact Center during peak call volume, ensuring business continuity and zero lead loss. This is a revenue-impacting role, not a passive scheduling position. Requirements Strong English proficiency with professional phone etiquette and communication skills Prior experience in customer support, client services, call center, or inside sales Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-volume environments Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus HVAC, home services, or call center experience preferred
