Job Description Job Description Russell Tobin's client, a multinational transportation company is hiring for a Cloud Data Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA A Cloud Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large and complex datasets using cloud-based platforms and tools. Apply Now! Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay rate: $50-$58/hr, DOE Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud-based technologies. Design & build feature-rich dashboards while utilizing Looker and other main tools such as Google DataStudio and Tableau. Work with business stakeholders to wireframe dashboards to convey detailed insights in the most compelling manner. Develop and implement data models to support data analysis and reporting. Use data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver data-driven solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in cloud data analytics. Assist to streamline the processes of collecting, integrating, analyzing and conveying insights to improve business decision making Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role. Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI..
