12-month backlog for new patients , driven largely by autism and behavioral evaluations. You won't be building from scratch-you'll be
stepping into demand on day one . What You'll Do Focus on autism, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental evaluations 3-4 new patients/week + 5-6 follow-ups/day 90-min new visits 30-min follow-ups ADOS testing + behavioral assessments built into workflow Hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth) Why This Role Stands Out Immediate patient volume (no ramp-up period) 80/20 clinical + academic split Work alongside an established multidisciplinary team (psych, OT, speech, LCSW) Strong referral pipeline from early intervention + regional providers Ages 1-8 = highly focused, consistent patient population Compensation & Perks $260,000+ base + productivity upside Negotiable Sign- On Bonus $10K relocation Generous PTO + sick time (accumulates) $3,500 CME + 5 days Full benefits + malpractice (tail coverage) State pension = long-term financial security The Opportunity This is a
